Lesson 7 is Advanced tier: numerals and punctuation mixed into real prose, matching Hindi's own Lesson 7 finding (checked against Microsoft's published InScript driver data): standard 0-9 digits are used for numbers even within Tamil prose on this layout, not the separate Tamil numeral glyphs.
You'll type four short, realistic sentences mixing digits with Lessons 5-6's vocabulary: a date, an exam question-count, a time range, and a question-range instruction.
