Terms of Service
These terms cover your use of India Typing’s typing tests, AI Coach, and related tools. By using this site you agree to them. If anything here is unclear, our Contact page has a real way to reach us.
Acceptable use
This site is free to use for typing practice and typing-test preparation. Please do not attempt to scrape, automate, or script interactions with the typing tests or the AI Coach at a scale beyond genuine personal practice, attempt to bypass or exhaust the AI Coach’s usage limits, or use the site in any way that disrupts it for other visitors.
Typing certificates
If a test result qualifies (rank B or better), you can claim a free certificate with no account required; it is assigned a private, unguessable verification code so anyone you share it with can confirm it is genuine. A certificate documents your own recorded test result on this site (language, speed, accuracy, and rank) — it is not, and is never represented as, an officially government-recognized qualification. Its legal validity, if any, for a specific exam, employer, or institution extends only as far as what is explicitly stated on the certificate and its verification page themselves; confirming whether a given exam body or employer accepts it is always your own responsibility.
No warranty
This site, its scores, and its AI-generated coaching reports are provided “as is,” without any warranty of accuracy, availability, or fitness for a particular purpose (such as guaranteeing a specific exam outcome). Typing scores and AI coaching narratives are practice aids, not a certified assessment of your abilities by any exam authority.
The service can change
We may add, change, or remove features — including the specific languages supported, the AI Coach’s underlying model or availability, and the monthly limits that govern it — at any time. We will try to do so without breaking your saved progress, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability.
Accounts
Signing in with Google is optional. If you sign in, you are responsible for keeping access to your own Google account secure; we authenticate you only through Google’s own sign-in flow and never see or store your Google password.
Changes to these terms
If we make a meaningful change to these terms, we will update this page. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
