FAQ
What if the verification code doesn’t match any certificate?
Double-check the code was copied exactly, including capitalization codes are case-sensitive. If it still doesn’t match, the certificate may not have been earned on this site, or the code was mistyped by whoever shared it with you.
Can a certificate be faked or edited after it’s issued?
No verification checks the code against our records directly, so only a code we actually issued will return a match. There’s no way to edit a certificate’s WPM, accuracy, or rank after the fact and still have it verify.
Is this suitable for an employer or exam body to rely on?
Yes that’s exactly what this page is for. Enter the code the candidate gave you and you’ll see the same language, speed, accuracy, and rank we recorded when the certificate was earned.
