Lesson 12 moves beyond home-row/top-row drills into real, everyday Hindi vocabulary -- short, high-frequency words of two to four letters, using the full Devanagari alphabet rather than a restricted key set. You'll type words like घर ("home"), पानी ("water"), समय ("time"), काम ("work"), दिन ("day"), and दोस्त ("friend") -- exactly the kind of short, common nouns that make up a large share of real Hindi text, including most exam passages. This is where your practice shifts from finger position to reading-and-typing fluency: recognising a whole familiar word at a glance rather than building it key by key.
